By purchasing, downloading, receiving and/or using a Knit Nature pattern, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Knit Nature patterns are subject to copyright. All rights are reserved. Without the prior written permission of the copyright holder:

a. You may not sell or transfer any pattern;

b. You may not email or distribute any pattern;

c. You may not publish any pattern in any form;

d. You may not sell an item made using any pattern (or part of any pattern);

e. You may not represent any pattern (or part of any pattern) as your own work;

f. You may not use any pattern for educational/class purposes; and

g. You may not attempt to make a commercial gain in any respect from any pattern.

2. All materials associated with Knit Nature patterns are subject to copyright, as per clause 1. This includes, but is not limited to, photographs and pattern information listings.

3. If you print out any Knit Nature pattern, it must be printed without any modification having been made to the pattern prior to printing. Branding, trademark and/or copyright notices must be printed as per the electronic file provided to you.

4. All references to patterns in these Terms & Conditions include their content in whole or in part, and in either original or modified form.

5. All Knit Nature patterns are sold as is, and without any warranty. No responsibility is taken by the seller or the copyright holder for the outcome of the use of any pattern.

6. No responsibility is taken by the seller or copyright holder for your selection or purchase of yarn when using any pattern, nor for ensuring the current or ongoing availability of yarns used as samples.

7. No responsibility is taken by the seller or copyright holder for your selection of size to make, nor for achieving the recommended tension/gauge.

8. Purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

9. The seller and the copyright holder have no obligation to provide any assistance to you in respect of any pattern.

10. That you have provided accurate personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about our commitment to protecting your privacy.

11. That you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

12. That Knit Nature may make changes to the content on this website any time and without notice.

13. That Knit Nature has the right to alter, modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and therefore different Terms & Conditions may apply in the future.

If you do not agree to any of the Terms & Conditions above, and you are in possession of any Knit Nature pattern, you are requested to delete the file containing the pattern.
